Any other products are sent through our international warehouse using airmail with local national mail services such as US Postal Service, ChinaPost or Deutsche Post. Therefore, please allow 5-15 working days for delivery, depending on the service and destination. Wherever possible, we will endeavor to share a tracking link with you so that you can stay updated on the whereabouts of your parcel.
We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as Paypal, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not charge any surcharges for credit card payments.
Returns and lay-bys:
Biobubs is a small, 100% Australian owned and operated family business. We therefore sell Biobubs exclusively via the internet so you will not find this product anywhere in traditional retail. Unfortunately, due to the size of our company, we currently cannot offer free returns for change of mind or a pay later purchase option. However, should you receive a broken vile or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement free fo charge asap.

Please note that as a small family-owned and operated business, we will do our very best to reply as fast as possible but sometimes there will be a delay in response, especially if you are messaging us from outside of Australia.
