Biobubs:

We send our product directly from Sydney in New South Wales and send the orders at approximately 5pm every work day so domestically, your delivery should arrive in most places within 2-3 working days of ordering, maybe a little bit longer to get to rural areas. Domestic shipping Australia-wide at a flat fee of $8.95. All international orders get shipped by air mail with Australia Post so expect to receive the order within a few days to New Zealand and around 1-2 weeks for further away locations. Please note that any customs imposed at destination are to be paid by the receiver. Biobubs does not accept responsibility for products which are held by custom authorities due to unpaid charges.

All other baby products:

Any other products are sent through our international warehouse using airmail with local national mail services such as US Postal Service, ChinaPost or Deutsche Post. Therefore, please allow 5-15 working days for delivery, depending on the service and destination. Wherever possible, we will endeavor to share a tracking link with you so that you can stay updated on the whereabouts of your parcel.

Payment options:

We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as Paypal, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not charge any surcharges for credit card payments. 

Returns and lay-bys:

Biobubs is a small, 100% Australian owned and operated family business. We therefore sell Biobubs exclusively via the internet so you will not find this product anywhere in traditional retail. Unfortunately, due to the size of our company, we currently cannot offer free returns for change of mind or a pay later purchase option. However, should you receive a broken vile or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement free fo charge asap.
